Do I need to be home during service?
You do not need to be home. Leave your empty bins accessible at the agreed service location. Weekly roll-out and return is a separate Concierge service.
How often should I have my bins cleaned?
Quarterly is a recurring option; monthly may suit heavier use. Semi-annual and one-time cleaning are also available. Choose the schedule that fits your household.
Do my bins need to be empty before cleaning?
Yes. Service timing is confirmed around your regular trash pickup so bins are empty and accessible.
Will cleaning help with odors?
Hot-water pressure cleaning removes waste residue and helps reduce lingering odors. Permanent stains or damage may remain.
How is wastewater handled?
Our self-contained cleaning equipment recovers wastewater for proper disposal rather than leaving dirty wash water to run into storm drains.
What types of bins do you clean?
Residential Trash / Recycle / Organics bins; commercial dumpsters and waste areas with access and scope confirmed through a Site Review.
What happens if my bin is really bad?
Tell us about heavy buildup or unusual contents when requesting service. We will discuss the condition and what to expect before scheduling.
