01 / Flat work · Surface cleaning

Cover ground.
Clear the buildup.

Concrete, asphalt and similar hard surfaces are a central part of our exterior-cleaning work.

Driveways, patios, walkways and exterior pads need a method suited to their condition. We use our surface cleaner where appropriate, with pressure and hot water selected for the material and buildup.

LOWER PRESSURE

Exterior
Soft Washing

A measured approach for suitable siding and exterior finishes.

Material, finish, condition and access guide the method. We assess the surface before choosing pressure and the cleaning approach.

Panel-specific assessment

Solar Panel Cleaning

Visible dirt and residue removal from accessible panels. We review panel requirements, condition and safe access before accepting the work. Heat and high pressure are not default methods.

Difficult exterior buildup

Bird-Mess Cleanup

Cleaning visible bird-dropping buildup and residue from agreed exterior surfaces. The material, extent of buildup and expected finish are reviewed before scheduling.

  1. 01

    Read the surface & soil

Assess material, finish, buildup, access, drainage and areas to protect. Identify stains or damage that may limit the result.

  2. 02

    Set the cleaning method

Choose soft washing, pressure washing or surface cleaning as appropriate. Select hot water where it helps; sensitive finishes and panels receive their own assessment.

  3. 03

    Manage the wash water

Plan recovery and controlled handling for the agreed work area. Site conditions determine the collection and cleanup approach.

  4. 04

    Rinse & walk through

Complete the final rinse and cleanup as appropriate. Review the scope, remaining stains and surface limitations; document the work as agreed.

Exterior care on your terms.

A single driveway or a property-wide plan.

Storefronts, rental properties, shared spaces and high-use walkways can benefit from recurring scope reviews. We can discuss maintenance schedules, multi-site work, operating hours and access. Residential exterior projects are welcome for review, too.

Event & Motorsports / Self-service wash stations

Clean It Before
You Load It.

RACE → WASH → LOAD → GO

Knock off mud and track debris before loading. Practical race-day washdown for motocross, dirt-bike events, dirt-track motorcycles, ATV/UTV and off-road events, dirt-track cars and grassroots motorsports.

For Racers

You operate the wand at a stationary mobile self-service wash station. Happy Bins controls and mechanically limits available pressure at the equipment. This is washdown, not detailing.

For Tracks & Promoters

Bring a wash capability to your event. We review access, water supply, drainage, mud and sediment, space and event needs before confirming a setup.

Potential layouts can include heavy rubber stall mats or a similar traction surface, a stable bike position with a wheel chock or stand, and a defined wash area. Equipment and layout depend on the event.

Water and wastewater handling are assessed for each site. Containment, capacity and applicable event requirements need individual review.

Bring a Wash Station to Your Event ↗

Tell us the event, location, dates and expected vehicles. Availability and scope require review.

Exterior cleaning / Estimate & site review

Put your surfaces
on our radar.

Tell us what needs cleaning, how much area is involved, the buildup and how we can access it. We’ll review the scope and discuss an estimate.

Request an Exterior Cleaning Site Review ↗

Commercial, residential and managed-property requests use the same Site Review form. Exterior cleaning is preselected. Your request does not book an appointment.

A few practical details

Before we clean.

Review our service area →
Will you use hot water or high pressure on every surface?

No. The surface and soil determine the method. Our system has 200°F+ capability, but heat is selected where appropriate. Solar panels and sensitive finishes require their own assessment.

How is wastewater handled?

We review drainage and site conditions and plan controlled collection and handling using our recovery capability. The approach is confirmed for the specific work area and scope.

What should I include in a site-review request?

Share your location, surfaces, approximate area, buildup, access and preferred timing. Include panel cleaning requirements where relevant. Scope, expected finish and price are confirmed before scheduling.

Can you remove every stain?

Surface damage and permanent staining may limit results. We discuss the condition and expected finish before accepting the scope.
