Before your first cleaning

A few practical questions.

What types of bins do you clean?

Trash / Recycle / Organics bins. Share your bin count and collection day so we can confirm your service.

Do I need to be home?

You do not need to be home if your empty bins are accessible at the agreed service location. Cart roll-out and return is a separate Concierge service.

When do you clean after trash collection?

Standard service is the day after collection, based on the confirmed route. Same-day and priority requests require a separate review; choosing an option in the form does not guarantee timing.

What if my bins are full, inaccessible, or conditions prevent service?

Bins must be empty and accessible. If access, weather or other conditions prevent service, contact our team so we can confirm the next step. If bins are full, inaccessible, or cannot be located, service may need to be rescheduled and the missed visit may count toward the recurring-service cancellation/skip policy.

How many bins are included, and can I add more?

The initial or one-time cleaning is $30 per bin. Each recurring plan includes up to 3 bins; each additional recurring bin is $15 per cleaning. You can choose a different recurring count from your initial cleaning.

Can I request a one-time clean instead of a recurring plan?

Yes. Choose one-time service in the request form. For ongoing maintenance, Monthly, Quarterly and Semi-Annual are the primary schedules, with Bi-Weekly and Bi-Monthly available as alternatives.

Do you offer military, veteran or first responder discounts?

Eligible military members, veterans and first responders across the service area may receive 10% off eligible services. Verification may be requested before service. Please do not submit sensitive credential records.
